Professional Learning Teams are an essential component to improving the academic achievement of students. All teachers are expected to attend Professional Learning Team meetings on a weekly basis. Utilize the schedule below to ensure you attend.
Fundamental Assumptions:

We accept high levels of learning for all students as the fundamental purpose of our school and therefore are willing to examine all practices in light of their impact on learning.
2. Collaborative Culture
We can achieve our fundamental purpose of high levels of learning for all students only if we work together. We cultivate a collaborative culture through the development of high performing teams.
3. Focus on Results
We assess our effectiveness of high levels of learning for all students on the basis of results rather than intentions. Individuals, teams, schools, and districts seek relevant data and information and use that information to promote continuous improvement.

SInce we are aware that engaging in professional learning teams will lead to improvement in academic achievement for students, we will agree to the following:

- Each Professional Learning Team will meet weekly during designated times.
- An agenda and minutes will be kept in the corresponding folder in the Google Drive (see link below).
- All members should contribute as each person is a valuable member of the team.
